The day began with a session on yoga poses at 7 am which continued to 8:15 am. The objective was to demonstrate specific yoga poses to relieve stress and common ailments. The session was led by our founder Sarita who wanted people to take back as much as they could from the session and incorporate it in their daily schedules.

Sound Bathing  The next was an hour-long session on Sound Healing Meditation. The aim for this session was to guide people through a meditation process with a Tibetan Singing Bowl. The sound from the bowl has healing effects and it intensifies the intention of the practitioner who meditates along.
