The International Yoga Day in 2021 was a very special day for Shunyamudra. Our team came up with the idea of organising an extensive half day wellness retreat. The primary objective was to provide the participants with a holistic setting aimed towards physical as well as psychological health improvement. We also wanted people to gather awareness about the importance of yoga as a way of life and how it can raise the quality of their living experience. Yoga is an all-round practice that incorporates disciplining the mind as well as the body. Nutrition and Ayurveda are also associated with yogic practices. Therefore, we segregated out workshop in different groups for the body, mind, nutrition, and so on.
