The next session was on Ritucharya. “Ritu” means “season” and “charya” means discipline. Ritucharya is a branch of ayurveda that teaches us about practices we can use to immune our bodies against seasonal changes.

We are very grateful that our event turned out be a huge success. Not only were we able to help people relax in this half day retreat, but were also able to teach people about life-practices which can help in improving their life-quality. The overwhelming response we received from the participants was quite heartening and we look forward to conducting many more such events.
