We all desire to have glowing and healthy skin along with the need to control our aging process. Yogic practices have proven to be quite efficient in improving skin health which effects in a radiating skin. Our next session from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm was structured around face yoga and pranayama. The session attracted a lot of audience as who does not care for glowing skin! Pranayama is also a very effective practice for all-round well-being. “Prana” means “life” and “yama” means “control”. Hence, the technique included breathing practices one can learn to enhance life.
